Cooper&Hunter's new office has large open areas lined with individual office spaces. Two 48K Btu/h multi zone systems were the most sufficient solution, with Slim Ducts running to the small offices, bathrooms, and kitchens while Universal Floor & Ceiling units address the open areas.

Wall mounts are perfectly quiet and save space in private office rooms and ducts allow one zone to cover large areas like hallways and bathrooms. 

Most importantly, these solutions are highly energy efficient. This Miami office's monthly electric bill decreased by 40% after switching from central air to a multi-zone mini-split system.
